Holey Associates adopted this 5,000 square foot project on the bluffs overlooking the Pacific Ocean in dire need of life support. Together with Redhorse Constructors, Holey Associates worked closely with the Santa Cruz County Planning Department and the Building Department to resolve inherent problems in the prior work that had left the Project completely dead in its tracks, six months into the construction.  Holey Associates’ interface with the County departments may have saved the project; and certainly realized significant construction cost and timeframe savings.
